How to Spa

Seniors Discounts: Seniors aged 60+ will recieve a discount of 10% on all Life Spa services.

Reservations: For treatment information and appointments please contact one of our Spa Consultants @  403.257.4772

Arrival: We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Should you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next appointment. 

Cancellation policy: If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment we require a minimum notice of 12 hours. Spa packages require 24 hours notice. Inadequate notice will result in a charge for the full service fee.

Facilities: We are a 2,200 sq/ft boutique “Express” Spa that offers full facility passes for a $10 fee to have full access to the 70,000 sq/ft Edgemont World Health Sport Club. Facilities include; Free Weights, Cross Trainers, Life Cycles, Treadmills, Stairmasters, Cardio Theatre, Steam Rooms, Hot Tubs, Outdoor Swimming Pool, and a variety of Group exercise classes.

Attire: Robes and slippers will be provided to guests receiving multiple treatments. Full facility guests must wear appropriate exercise or pool attire.

Memberships: Please enquire with one of our Spa Consultants regarding our membership program that offers special privileges as well as discounts on services, and retail purchases.

Spa Parties: Please enquire with one of our Spa Consultants regarding having a licensed Spa Party at Life Spa.

Health Concerns: Please notify the Spa Consultant of any health concerns or allergies when scheduling your treatment.

Gratuities: Service charges are not included in the price of your treatments. In appreciation for services, gratuities may be left with our spa consultants at your discretion. Gratuities should reflect the quality of service received;15-20% is customary.

Cell Phones: Out of respect to all of our guests we request that you turn off your Cellular phone prior to entering the spa.
